Actually, no, I prefer the other one to this one. But this one is still excellent. You show off a lot of theoretical knowledge and ability in your compositions. I hope that I'll be able to compose classical this well someday with lots of practice and study :P

haloflooder responds:

Truth is, I never really studied music (in terms of learning from lessons/school/etc). Really appreciate you leaving a review as it encourages me to continue doing music as a hobby even more. Hope you have a nice day!

Rock. On.
This is so headbanglicious, and I have nothing to say about the quality or how it was recorded. It just awesome. :3

Bubblefitz responds:

Headbanglicious.... I think i ll add this word to my vocabulary^^

Thanks

It's very nice. But maybe it could have been 10bpm faster? It's definitely groovy :3

etK responds:

When I tried to 120 bpm the synth at the beginning (the arpeggio) was way too fast, and that was a bit agressive in my opinion. So I put 111 bpm (just like the original song: Uchros).
Anyway, I thanks for your review! =)

My god. What Orchestra VST is that? It sounds completely real (almost)
Plus the composition was energetic and strong.

haloflooder responds:

The main VST is Edirol Orchestral. I use this VST a lot.
For the brass in the beginning, I used Orchestral Brass classic (Project Sam).

If you liked this soundtrack then I think you would like this one even better. 490836

Thanks for the review/comment and vote :)

Maximus does NOT master the music for you. It just fills in the cracks and makes it fuller sounding once it's been mastered. That being said, the mix isn't that bad.
Would have been better with perhaps a real guitar, or a dedicated guitar sample library.
Even if it isn't the best mixed piece ever, I can really tell you put a lot of effort into it and it's very nice.

KosmicCrawf responds:

Thank you so much, that means a lot. I really don't know much at all about mastering, obviously haha.

This is even better than your earlier stuff! I loved the drums a lot. Is that the EZ Drummer plugin?
And that drum break was pretty nice :3
Oh, and wicked soloing :P

Metallica1136 responds:

Haha, really? Honestly, I think I was at my most prime in my earlier days. Well, nah, it depends. Warfield II is one of my best songs, and it is my more recent work. I just had the most fun writing music in mid 2011.

Nah, this is Steven Slate Platinum. I used to use EZDrummer though. Thanks for commenting on the soloing! I've learned some interesting techniques. Also, glad you dig the drums.

This is very, very cool. The composition is excellent. And I didn't read the description so I didn't even realize it was going to be metal. But all the VSTs are frankly sub-par for the level that you're composing on. I think this would sound very cool on EastWeat/Quantum Leap's Ministry of rock or OrangeTreeSamples' Evolution Strawberry Guitar. The strings were just bad. I mean, you did very good, but the VST just wasn't keeping up. :\

Anyways, I'd appreciate if you'd look at my music too if you care to. Thanks for the nice track. :3

Deathmerc3 responds:

Yes I agree! The program I'm using is meant for notation, and the sounds it produces are very... lacking. Trust me, I'll upload again when I get a better version. Thank you for your time and honest review.

My subwoofer is humming happily at how nice this is :3
I simply can't get over how much I love this melody. Oh my god.
I could just chill to this all day. ALL. DAY.
I know it's supposed to be a back-beat but it still could use more highs. I prefer this to the rap version, but it's all muddy.

AnubisInc responds:

That's easily corrected. I know it sounds muddy but the effect I used to do it sounded great on my headphone I had at the time, so I never fixed it. I'll fix it later today and reupload it.

So chill. So wonderful. It's all I can really say. The song is very ambient and not very involving. But that's okay. ^ ^

K-Pone responds:

Thank you for the review

I really like this. A lot. <3

AnubisInc responds:

Thank you very much! We do this for your enjoyment!

No thanks
