Thanks :D I can tell by this comment that you're into the Hardcore genre
Fist off, I don't use a sampler, I just use flstudio 9 :P
Second, I'm not really sure what polyphonic is :S
And thirdly, thanks, I took the. Vocals from Delta 9 songs with audacity, so that's probably why it souds 90's-y :)

Personally, I think you should experiment with swing stabs. Small, rhythmical percs that imply swing before the actual hats and percs come in. Sort of to keep people on their toes.

1:54 - I would have added a lot more variation to the slicing. You've done it cleanly, but it's just not making me dribble with rainbow explosions like it could be.

Mix is good, mastering is passable. But I would experiment with different kicks. Especially ones that are deep and been blended with hats/tambourines. Those are great for house.

Definitely experiment with side-chaining if you aren't already on that bandwagon. I feel like a good side-chain pump would take this song from nice to absolutely banging. ouob
